A DOSE OF NATURE

Natural Grace was founded in 2021 by two sisters who are passionate about people, planet and performance, in the belief that we can do things better. Fortunate enough to grow up deep in the English Countryside in the Surrey Hills, three sisters and one (lucky!) brother were taken on long dog walks and encouraged to take up running, cycling and generally enjoy everything the great outdoors has to offer. Our parents gave us the gift of a profound appreciation for the benefits of nature and exercise whatever the weather. Despite having moved to South West London for our city jobs we frequently pop back 'home home' for our dose of nature that running in the smoggy city doesn’t quite match!

Bored of unrealistic gym selfies and aesthetic-only workout goals, we set out on a mission to empower endorphin-fuelled workouts that actually make us feel good and reconnect our community with nature. Creating sportswear for women that is designed to get sweaty in, using high tech compressive fabrics to aid movement and muscle recovery, with the added benefit of positively impacting our natural environment. Our kit is made out of recycled ghost fishing nets taken from our oceans and transformed into our high performance sportswear, to restore ocean biodiversity and the lungs of planet earth. We are on an ambitious mission to prove that the sustainable option can be better, quicker and more desirable, so there is no longer a need to choose between conscience and performance.
